KEEP ALL THE DOCUMENTATION

First of all, to protect you and us, we invite you to take pictures of the damage. YOU MUST TAKE AT LEAST EIGHT!!!

It is essential to take photos of both the packaging and the damaged products in order to understand how to proceed best.

 

Photos are the only means at our disposal to activate the complaint with the carrier.

 

Send them to our email: nespolifunghi@yahoo.it indicating the order number, you will be contacted as soon as possible 

It is essential that you do not lose the documentation accompanying the package, as it shows every single movement the package has made. This is particularly important in case the package has been tampered with.

Depending on the damage, we will evaluate the paths to follow. 

We inform you that our packages travel with an included insurance related to the purchase value, so once the right steps are taken, the solution will be at hand.

First of all, contact us at our email nespolifunghi@yahoo.it or send us a registered letter within 2 days of receipt.

 

Send us photos related to the tampering of the package.

If the package is not delivered and declared lost, you may, in writing, choose between:

1. being refunded the amount of the order (times, methods, etc. are indicated in our Legal Area)

2. requesting a new shipment for the products you had previously ordered.

This is perhaps the most annoying case, but it sometimes happens. The package appears to be delivered, maybe with a signature (that is not yours), or sometimes without a signature and yet it is not there.

 

It has already happened to us, contact us! First of all, we will ask you for all the documentation you have and then we will proceed to report the issue to our consultant.

 

Once the package is traced through the photographic system of our couriers (the package is always monitored during the journey) we will take action accordingly.

 

You won't have to worry in any way, we will only ask you to choose whether to be refunded or if you want us to arrange a new shipment.
