Take pictures of the damaged package or the missing items as soon as you receive it.

 

If possible, note any issues directly on the courier’s delivery slip.

🚫 PACKAGE MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT YOU DIDN’T SIGN ANYTHING?

 

If the courier says the package was delivered with a signature, but you didn’t sign anything, it may have been left with a neighbor or at a pickup point.
