🔄 Returns and Right of Withdrawal
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, there are specific rules in place.

⚠️ Returns of Food Products
According to current Italian and European regulations, food products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
➡️ This includes all our edible products such as dried mushrooms, preserves, and oils.
We kindly ask you to check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your package arrives visibly damaged or the product inside is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us assist you quickly, please:
- Include your order number
- Describe the issue clearly
- Attach photos of the product and packaging
We will evaluate the case and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
🚫 Returns Not Accepted
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect order due to wrong selection during checkout
- Opened or used food items
- Products without the original packaging
✅ Right of Withdrawal (Non-Food Items)
If you purchased a non-edible product, the right of withdrawal applies within 14 days from delivery, as long as:
- The item is unused and in perfect condition
- It is returned in the original packaging
