Remember that the tracking code will be sent within two business days, the time needed to prepare your order properly. If you have an urgency, contact us immediately, and we will try to accommodate your request. 

 

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL OR CANNOT FIND IT

Within two business days, you will receive an email regarding the shipment. If this does not happen, we recommend checking your SPAM folder; if the email is not there, please contact us, and we will promptly resolve the issue.

THE ENTERED CODE APPEARS TO BE INCORRECT

The packages may be ready for shipping but not yet picked up by the carrier, so the system hasn't processed them yet. It will happen soon, don't worry.

THE COURIER SENT ME A MESSAGE

Some couriers use customers' phone numbers to independently organize delivery. You can decide when to receive the package, where to receive it, if it should be delivered to a neighbor, or if you prefer to move the shipment to a more convenient date for you.

THE COURIER DID NOT FIND ME AT HOME

In that case, don't worry, you will receive the necessary information from the courier regarding any redelivery or pickup to be carried out independently. You will simply need to notify us by responding to the form that will be sent to you, and together we will reschedule the delivery or pickup method that is most convenient for you.

 

WHAT ARE THE AVERAGE DELIVERY TIMES?

Deliveries in Italy generally occur between 24 and 48 hours from the departure date, depending on the destination area.

The times indicated above are absolutely indicative and may vary during holiday periods and/or depending on the destination to be reached.

 In any case, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.
