Frequently Asked Questions About Shipping

I didn’t receive the courier’s email, or I can’t find it

Check your spam or promotions folder.

If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll send you the tracking code manually.

💡 Tip: Add our email address to your favorites to prevent it from going to spam.

The tracking code on the courier’s website doesn’t work

Sometimes it takes a few hours for the tracking system to update.

If the code doesn’t show any results immediately, try again later. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us.

The courier tried to deliver, but I wasn’t home

If the courier didn’t find you at home, they will make a second delivery attempt.

If that also fails, the package will be held in storage.

📦 Contact us to arrange a new shipment or to release the delivery.

I might not be home for the second delivery attempt either

We always recommend providing an address where someone is available during the day (home, office, concierge), or choosing a pickup point if available (GLS Pickup Service).

You can also add a phone number to make delivery easier.

What are the average delivery times?

In Italy, delivery usually takes place within 24–48 hours after the package is shipped.

In Europe, delivery times vary depending on the destination:

📌 We ship from Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays) to avoid weekend storage.

Important note:

📌 We only deliver to pickup points or lockers if specifically requested in the order notes.

Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
